Wts light while driving
My 06 with throw the light while driving. Now before the first guy says use the search button i have. My problem is only the wts light. Not with a 1222/1223 only the wts light. Loose power when it comes on let off throttle for a while it shuts off. Only does it when pulling for some reason. Now since its not grouped with a fuel code what other issues could it be? Also the tipm is new with latest flash.

The WTS and derate the result of the leak detection that sets 1222 and 1223 codes. The leak detection happened mutiple times in a couter time period and the engine derates when that happens. If you light foot it around for a while the CEL will likely go out but the next time you push it the CEL and derate will be back.
You have those codes stored in the ECU and need a code reader that can retrieve them. The 06 CAN systems are a bit different for code retrieval so they don't work like the earlier trucks.
You either have some injectors pooched, PRV leaking, or FCA messed up. Usually its injectors.

Basically a solution dodge found to prevent catastrophic engine failures caused by injector failure.

That I know of those are the only know causes of your issue. I imagine you could have a ignition switch issue but it would likely cause more severe or obvious sypmtoms. And you've looked at pending, current and history codes?
Do all sensor pids rational and react normally?

It is highly likely the codes are there your Modis is just not able to understand them.
Very well estasblished the WTS light and\or chimes and\or derate is the leak detection DTC. Whether or not you can find the codes doesn't mean as much as the fact you are seeing the results.
If you suspect other problems then you are going to need to get some gauges on it and see what is happening with the boost, EGT's, rail, pressure, etc.
If you are doing that then you need to run the injector tests also to find the problems.

As mentioned very good time to do a return volume test.
