48re to nv5600 swap
I realize there has to be 15 or more threads on here on what I’m talking about but I can’t find them I need some help on how hard it would be. I have the donor truck with everything from the trans to the cup holder and the shop with the lift to do it on but I want to know of some problems I might run into I need it done over the weekend so I will have the truck for work Sunday night. Thanks

Yes.. there are many, many threads on the internet about swapping a manual in from an automatic.
If you have a donor truck, there shouldn't be any problems. All the parts are there.
Things you can look into to make sure the swap goes smoothly is inspect the master/slave cylinder to make sure they are not leaking and will be able to fully disengage the clutch, as well as inspect the clutch to make sure the friction discs are good and the flywheel is still good and doesn't need resurfacing.
Besides that, there shouldn't be any major problems, just remember projects like that in hopes of being done in a weekend always seem to attract small hang ups that delay the completion of the project.
