Fass 95 or 150

I have a 07 5.9 with 60h ii sticks cool hose and straight pipe
I plan to git a smarty or efi live and i was wondering what is some of the recommendations In which one I should get

I would go with the 150gph. Will give ya more room to grow.

That's what I was thinking but does anybody else have any thoughts I would like to get a couple opinions
