My turbo went out on my 2003 5.9 Cummins. Removed turbo after pulling it to garage. My truck turns over but will now not even start. Any suggestions?

 

unplug any wires and forget to plug in? loose prime in fuel system? check your fuses to

 

I have the same trouble with my 5.9. I changed the injector solenoid and wont start. Ive tried bleeding the fuel system (which your not supposed to do on these trucks), traced down any electrical problems I could find but came up short, and checked the crank sensor. I'm kind of at a loss so I'm going to take it to a dealership on Monday. Ill let you know what they say.

 

Common Rail systems are self priming. Check that you have all connections plugged in. Remove battery connections for 10 minutes. Put them back on and start there.

I ended up taking it to the dealership and they replaced the pcm, primary and secondary fuel pumps, and 1 injector. They had it for two weeks and basically just threw parts at it.
