My truck has a wine or humming sound, coming from the front of the truck, when I reach 30 miles an hour, sound remains const until I reach 0 miles per hour. However, if I put the truck in neutral and coast, the whine/ hum sound goes away? Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

Im not familiar with a cummins but have you looked at the belt?
