CR's are great for compensating for a bad cylinder also!
It's a lot of work to scope the cylinders but would cover that! A low compression hole will cause your situation.

I had thought about that, just hard to imagine the motor having serious issues with 32k miles on it.

Replaced the other three injectors and its fixed. Not sure what the issue was
