I am buying gauges and trying to pick out which fuel gauge to get. Fuel pressure or rail pressure? Which one would be better? And how would the rail pressure install to the vehicle? Any insight would help.

 

Rail pressure to me is the most important gauge you can buy from a performance standpoint. Its an electrical gauge that taps into the fuel rail pressure sensor wires, very easy to install. Theres not really a which one is better because fuel pressure and rail pressure read two diff. things. Its always good to monitor your supply pressure and the rail pressure gauge is a great tool for performance tuning and engine diagnostics.
