Thank you for the thoughts I never even thought about the pyro being off. Ill pull one off my other truck and check it :-) and I can't see much diffrence with propane on or off but I'm only running a tiny bit and I do get a small puff of smoke when I first smash the throttle but not much at all makes me wonder if I'm getting as much fuel as I should?

Ok well my pyrometer are both the same :-/. What next? Is it possible the stock exhaust manifold is causing me my problem?

The reason why you dont have smoke is propane and water/meth are both fuel catalyst which helps burn the fuel better causing less smoke. One reason your egts are high is because of how much added timing the water/meth and propane are adding possibly

I believe he has a Common Rail so there is no pump tap to do the injection pulse, timing and add all that other stuff like a 98.5-02 needs

I put a new lift pump about a week and a half ago. Is there any way I can change the timing a little and play with it to see if it helps? The propane don't seem to affect the egts noticeably and the water/meth seems to bring it down a little but not much.

Only with a smarty not the programmer you have unless it has different settings?! I'm stumped! Doesn't make any sense you have a bigger exhuast the manifold isn't going to make that much of a difference! I would post this on comp D and see if they can help.

My probe is just before the flange where the turbo mounts. It is in the exhaust manifold about an inch from the flange. What programmer would you recommend? Or how could I check the programmer? I'm pretty new to programmers and newer diesels and really appreciate the help thank you

Have you tried running the quad on a stock level tune? Just curious if egts still jump way up... I would look into a PPE or Smarty.
