HOLY LORD I KNEW IT WAS SOMTHIN STUPID AND SIMPLE......... A CRACK IN ONE OF THE BOOTS GOING FROM THE TURBO TO THE INTERCOOLER....... EVERY TIME I WOULD ROMP ON IT IT WOULD OPEN UP AND I WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGH AIR FLOW....... HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

MAN I FEEL DUMB.......

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP BROTHAS!!!!!!!!!!

NOW WHO WANTS TO GO FISHIN!!!!????

Hello, it is a while you postet this but I hope you still can tell me what parts you changed. I do have the same problems whiz my two duallys here in south america and no good mechanic. Low boost should have thrown a code and that will cause it to go into limp mode. BUT it would stay in limp mode till you cleared it so you have a bad boost sensor and bad turbo or boost leak. But you would hear a boost leak that big! So I would lean towards the turbo. Still want that fishing trip!

I'm having this issue RIGHT NOW
i just bought an 05 Dually and am noticing this issue, im praying its the same thing because i'm not a diesel mechanic by any means.

Definitely check for boost leak(s), from turbo clear over to the intake horn.
