Ok, dumb me, was running though the wire harness and found a short (3-4") long ground wire that hooks to firewall right where the harness and wiper fluid hose goes through, it's hooked up and they work, now the radio problem

Another ground issue, we're back on track.

 

Next problem, i have brake lights and turn signals, the dash lights come on (illumination) and i have cargo lights. But what I don't have is marker lights, head lights and tail lights....

 

Check for a harness plug thats not plugged in all the way

 

New discovery, the halfton power distributing box has a 'QUAD HI BEAM RELAY' and the 01 cummins does not, the relay just falls in so it don't have the pins, would this be the problem? And how can it be fixed?

Just to clarify, I DO have front marker lights but don't have rear tail lights nor will the headlights come on

 

I pulled in the stock diesel class like this and then back in the garage it went



Then I decided to swap the whole dash, I now have my headlights working like they should, radio had a few kinks but I got worked through them also.....now I'm gonna sand down the lower portion of the door and put a spray on bed liner on. Pass side bedside is trashed but I can get one at a scrap yard for $100 so I'm gonna pop it off and put it on my current bed and all should be well after that....
