Default cummins troubles

I have an 01 cummins I purchased in april, not knowing the history plus My comp box from my old truck I ordered an airdog lift pump... well before the pump got here the other day, coming home from work it stumbled, check engine light came on would'nt touch 2000rpm's. Ive had the batteries disconnected for 24 hours, put new pump in.

Truck starts right up drives normal now, but engine light still on. The codes that come up are...
(sorry for the book)
0122, 0230, 0236, 1693, 1492, 1689, 1475. I know what the codes mean I just dont know where to start repairs? Ive checked all my connections. Uninstalled edge comp box. probably dumb but even unwired gauges any electrical ive touched also? Im just chasing my tail. this is my third cummins and this is the first one to give me a fit, from all the threads I have read on several wedsites say my APPS or ecm or vp44 or all the above. Anyone have help or suggestions? oh It has 179000 miles.

1689 is vp44, not quite 0216 level of bad but the end is in sight for you. 0122 is apps voltage which you can adjust, that would be the reason for not being able to get over 2000 rpm

Update.... Thanks to you guys that helped.
After looking closer at the wire tapped for my chip it was damaged, I soldered it hooked everything back up and its back to normal. Now my fuel pressure is between 17 - 20 then 15 under load. Are these acceptable readings assuming my guage is correct?

Again thanks

Yep thats a good lift pump you got, you need at least 4-5 psi underload and above 14 at idle, I have 18Psi Idle and 12 with the pedal shoved thru the floor.
