Default wait to start light?

I did the grid heater delete last weekend and I pulled out everything I could get my hands on to rip out, would be nice to get the light to stop coming on in the dash. Anybody know how?

Pull the dash out and remove the bulb. It's very easy to do, especially in a manual trans truck.
