Hey guys im new here and just had a few questions

Just bought an 01 single cab sport off an old guy.. Automatic .. picked it up for 12 grand with 70 000 km so got a fair deal.. he has replaced either the lift or injection pump whichever the expensive one is i think..

I was hoping to build the truck a bit make some good reliable power!!

Ive never had a diesel and i have no clue where to get parts and what to get..

If anyone could help me with

Brand and size of injectors
Place to get pillar guages
Which size of pumps to run if needed
Ive ordered an edge cts chip
Heard the goerend tranny parts are good but which parts will i need?
I was also going to install a smoke switch but i would deffinitely like to roll some coal when i want to..

Non performace stuff i will be doing shortly is a 6" fabtech lift with 37s

If you don't plan to go huge. On performance you can get away with a big converter and a shift kit. First thing I would do is get a airdog or a fass lift pump on it to keep ur VP happy. There are lots of good vendors on this site I would take to luke with diesel dawgs or scott at alligator performance they will set you up with everything you need and they will answer all ur questions. Luke also has good injectors for a good price. I wouldn't go any bigger then 125hp injectors tho on a stock turbo

 

do you have the alligator stage 3 package?

 

100-150hp DDP or SDX injectors, Air dog or FASS 100gph lift pump, Tripple disk Tourqe converter, Aftermarket valve body and deep sum trans pan. you dont ened pillar guages if you ordered the edge cts because that has guages on a color screen.
