i have always been told that the three piece ones are the best? is that true?

 

Yea because unlike the stock manifolds there less prone to crack, but in anycase you should let your truck idle after running it untill at least egts reach under 500 degress. But Most manifolds dont seperate each port and there for the run into each other and create back pressure.

 

that makes sense we do that with alot of our old hay equipment here our swather is from the sixties i believe and still runs like a champ i will have to make sure i do that with my pickup

 

I like it I would only do it if mine was cracked though

 

thats sweet, expensive though
