ok so ive started to notice that the only time the light comes on is if my batterys die and i recharge them. the truck starts normaly and i watch the volt meter drop when the element is heating. whats got me wonderin is if my heating element isnt working properly or if its just the light... there has been a time or two when the truck wouldnt startafter the batterys drained i would charge them up and it fires right up... its got me puzzled. im going to check the apps this weekend, but any pointers or suggestions would be appriciated

whats up with this silencer ring removal?

 

Why does your battery keep dying in the first place? Perhaps a short somewhere? I would diagnose that first... A few things need to happen for the wait to start light. If you have your codes read it will tell you whats up though... You may have a bad grid heater relay or something like that... That will fault the system and you wont get a wait to start. Happened to me when my #1 grid relay went out!

Silencer ring is a disc in the turbo. Makes it quiet for the old people! LOL! I dont even post it as a mod because... Well, it just makes it louder HAHA!
