I agree talk him down...

I bought my truck with 130k, MINT - 0 rust for 10k. She has 195k on it now... Knowing they go for 15k I should sell my truck after the trans is done WITH all the mods too! Good lord LOL! Its still mint and rustless.

Dont jump on the first one you see, you could come across a killer deal like i did on Ebay or similar!

Also... As was stated before. INJETION PUMP concerns! Thats 2k$ if she goes! Even more about the lift pump! Spend the 400$ on a GOOD pump and filter combo! Its work it for the insurance on that expensive IP!

You guys are great, I'm going to try an talk them down as best as possible, as I am still on the look out for another truck. I would hope things are still in good shape all around on the truck itself, as was mentioned, its probably hauled a load or 2 by means of 5th wheel, with the Edge programmer in it, I hope they've properly maintained it and built it up to withstand whats been done to it. I have read a few threads on the 53 block and would hope its not a 53. I hope I can talk them down some, there a bit steep on the price, it looks it would be a good truck, better than what I currently have at least.

The 53 block crack thing is tied to 15% of the blocks made i believe. There are hand fulls of guys out there running 53 blocks that didn't crack... I have 198k miles, handful of mods, lots of towing all on a 53 block. If you look for a crack on her and see NOTTA @ that mileage your probably ok...
