Does anyone know when the crankshaft sensor was eliminated? I know the 2001 motor does not have it, i found a split while looking at motors tonight in 2000, and it is either pre-6/25/00 or post-6/26/00. Just wondering if this could possibly be when they decided to eliminate the crankshaft sensor and just run the camshaft sensor on this motor.
