fuel pressure question

Take a look at the picture at this link:
VULCAN PERFORMANCE - FILTER TO INJ PUMP HOSE KIT ('98.5-'07)-Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Accessories – Geno’s Garage
The right hand side fitting shows a 1/8" x 1/8" fitting - remove it, put in the grease pump flex line - put the fuel pressure sensor at the other end of the flex line.
Yes - your line to IP comes off the bottom of the fuel filter - and it is another of those dreaded banjo fittings!!
Glacier Diesel Power has slightly lower prices - but I did not see them having the tapped fitting that lets you get the fuel pressure sensor right at the IP connection. If they have one - great, buy on best price. But don't buy lower price if it isn't optimum!!

Yeah your right, I've got the GDP kit and it doesn't have a boss direct into the pump fitting, it uses a push-fit boss which the sensor goes into immediately before the VP inlet.
Good news, free up your post filter flow nicely
Banks Monster Ram inlet-BHAF-Pensecola 50hp injectors-Raptor 150 lift pump-GDP Big lines-Banks heater delete-Smarty-BD low pressure light........for now

Well I pulled the bed off Sunday to check the strainer in the tank to find nothing wrong there. so when I get my line for the Ff to ip hopefully that will free up some pressure if not I may have to send this raptor in for a warranty. o and for amyone that tries pulling these beds off with 2 people it really sucks but can be done that suckers heavy.

maybe that's why I only get 17mpg at 55 and get 20mpg at 85.
