what size tires are you runnin??

 

i have 285 75 16's now, but i'd like to get to like 35 or 36 inches tall. with stock everything, 47re, 3.55 axle ratio and 285's i am running 70 at 1800rpms. the overdrive ratio for the auto is .69:1 i dont know what it is for the nv5600.

 

The gearvendors overdrive arrived today,I turn 1950 or so @60MPH with 4.10s in my 01,can't wait to put it in!!

The NV5600 run a little higher than the autos I talked with a guy that had 6 speed in his 01 he said he's running about 2200 at 70 mph with 3:55 gears. I figured it be lower but nope.

I put in the overdrive unit in this mourning,Intall was not bad at all,I had to measure the eye holes in the yokes,got the number so the driveshaft is at the machine shop getting shortened& balanced.Maybe fri it willbe done
