Default hardly have breaks, no pedal. HELP

So today my brother called me and sadi that his break caliper locked up.. He ended up replacing both calipers and new pads, After bleeding them like the usual process, he said that he then backed out of the barn and the pedal went all of the way to the floor. Even after a few pumps they start to work a little bit but still have to go all of the way to the floor. please help, he needs the truck asap. thanks

I would venture to say he still has air in the lines. Have someone pump the breaks while he bleeds 'em....

Is he leaking fluid from the pistons on the caliper or the lines? Does he have reservoir full of fluid? I'm sure he has confirmed these things already but you never know.

Well maybe someone will chime in who can shed some light on it.
