Default throttle cable snapped on way to work

looked all over had to order from stealership. its cold up here looking for any shortcuts to replace because im going to be outside doing this any info how does this unhook from the pedal and the apps? trying to keep warm little help please.

Basicly it pulls off from tps,i think I used two pry bars one on each side of the cable end at the post that sticks out of the trottle arm, move one prybar toward the engine one toward the left fender it should pop off. The outer cable has two tabs that snap into the firewall just behind the accelerator pedal. Small pliers may help here.Squeeze& push through towards engine. The cable just unclips off pedal arm,wriggle& pull. Hope this helps!

Use a half inch wrench to hold the clips in against the firewall, not much room in there, fought with mine for a long time before I I figured that out, and make sure u get the old gasket
off or it won't clip in with the new one.
