injection pump removal tool

I have a friend that has a 24 v cummins that his pump died on him. I was wondering if someone has demensions on how to build a injection pump gear removal tool. And the bolt size and length that thread into the gear?

Oh that will work. Are the bolts 8mm 1.25?
