engine not getting fuel

Default engine not getting fuel
i replaced the lift pump in my 2002 cummins the pump works now but i am still not getting any fuel to the pump what r some reasons this could be happening?

Why did you replace the pump? What all parts did you replace? Just the pump itself or your draw straw and flow lines as well?

i only replaced the pump the old one quit on me it wasnt kickin on now this new pump is kicking on and staying on but is not getting any fuel from the tank

is it the stock lift pump or an aftermarket one?

air locked maybe. need to prime it. i use shop air blowing in the fuel tank just too give it a little boost
