i know there is a map sensor but wht about a barometric pressure sensor. i was ob the phone wiht edge and they told me they take to reading off tht and the map sens in order to read the boost. but the boost is not correct. but is there a barometric pressure sens. if so where is it located and where can i get one??

 

I'm pretty sure these engines don't have a bar press sensor. I think Edge is confused with the newer trucks, or gas engines. I've never heard of, or seen one on these engine. I checked my service manual, and it has it in there, just not for the 5.9L diesel.

 

my edge was wrong too I just used a manual gauge. It could be a map issues or who knows.
