I have a 99 2500 and the coil spring seat or cup whatever it would be called is rusted. Does anyone know if they make a patch for it?

 

I wondered if this was ever going to be an issue, thanks for confirming that. Saw some rust forming there when I did the springs in my '07 a couple months ago. I brushed it out and lined those cups with RTV before installing the new springs to keep water out of there. They have a hole in the bottom to drain the water, but that won't do anything except delay the process if it gets wet on a regular basis.

 

If you think yours is bad you should see some of the trucks up here. New England roads are pretty unforgiving I have never seen one actually cause a major problem if that makes you feel any better...
