Question
So today i was in the breakroom before work we were talking about diesels and how mine has a little trouble starting and ghe one guy said check your glow plugs and i said my truck has a grid heater, he said thats the thing you plug in during the winter i said no, a grid heater is what causes air to be heated for combustion and the block heater is what you plug in during the winter, and the block heater has a coil that goes in the freezeplug slot and heats your coolant, about 3 of them kept disagreeing with me, it got to the point that it really started to tick me off, and the one boy is apparently rebuilding his motor, so before i laugh or make any kind of gestures im going to ask, am i right?
