overhead console removal
how do you remove the overhead console with the computer, sunglass holder,etc.
all i can find is 2 clips in the first compartment. any help is appreciated

Hey,
Once those two clips are gently un hooked then the unit is slide towards the nose of the truck. On my 2001 I have only two clips. After I unhook mine I gently pull down only enough so the clips are not touching the edge of their holes and apply enough pressure to get the unit to move side to side ever so slightly while applying enough pressure to get the unit to move towards the nose of the truck.
I think it is easier to do than type and I do this on my truck. Try this at your on risk.
