got 100hp bd injectors
snow performance diesel stage 3 mpg-max
fass fuel system titanium 150gph series
apr head studs 274-4202 {found some took me over 2 weeks}
now waiting for ats to get there aurora 3000 to
5000 compound kit on back order for a week onlt going to cost me 3k since i dont need exhaust manifold allready have ats 3 piece manifold.
have ats 3000 turbo,ats
xhaust manifold,ats air intake horn,bd exhaust break,edge with attitude allready installed
now to reinstall the head and surgestion anyone can recomend please do thank you.
now im telling with to to brag just get some idea of what hp/tq i would get and any ideas on what i dhould get next thank you this website has been a very big hep and any tips on installing the head gasket

 

be a big help if you told us what year and model your truck is and whats been done to it

 

ok sorry its a 1999 dodge 3500 with only 145k on bought it 2 years ago for 6k it had a bad turbo and the guy didnt know a thing about diesels so i snatched it up and upgraded it

 

Your going to need larger injectors with twins.

 

are the 100hp injectors i ordered not big enough

 

id get stage 125+ injectors as a min., larger would be better for the air upgrades you are doing.

I it about 400hp and 740fpt with my 01, parts listed in signature. my bd twin turbo upgrade is ordered to help with all the fuel being sent through the truck, ill be lucky to be around 500hp with the addition of the second turbo (im guessing).

 

well i take ats diesel word for it they told me the 100hp is more then enough for there compound turbos and the guy down my street with the same truck i have is only running 50hp injectors and it runs great
