blew head gasket it was hydrolocked when wife was trying to start it noticed coolant comeing out back of head between head and block pulled injectors got the water out of engine it starts and runs great but water is getting into oil would like to know the best head gasket i can get i will be installing head studs my mods are ats aurora 3000 turbo,ats air intake,bd exhaust brake,edge with attitude,fass ddrp fuel pump im planning on installing 100hp injectors and compund turbos in future

stock and you might want to think about o-ringing the head while it's off it will hold boost better. and replace the ddrp with a stronger unit

 

While you have it apart I would definately o-ring and get some studs, just my .02 tho

 

i have asked this before but where do you get the o-rings for the head i work at a machine shop i can get the o-ring grooves cut into the head also can someone tell me the thickness of a stock cummins head gasket
