24 vaulve running hot

just got my 24v cummins and she keeps running between 190-210 any suggestions on how too cool her down or what could be wrong?

Radiator plugged, low coolant, or termostat not opening properly.

flush it out thermostats are cheap change it when in doubt but if I remember right the oem thermostat is a 192 so it's gonna run right around there especially in the summer with ac

What would cause like a binding noise when im backing up with it also
