Default In gear but no go.

I was driving to day and was accelerating, wasn't giving it hell but kinda getting on it in 2nd gear, when I felt a slam and the RPMs went way up. Stopped and checked everything up underneath and transfer case is good. It will only go when at 2,000-2,300 RPM and even then, it's only like 2 or 3 mph. Any ideas?

Sounds like you broke the band, broke the drive drum or the input shaft. The stock input shafts are hit and miss with durability. Call ATS if it is still under warranty and good luck with getting them on the line. If it is not take it to a local trans shop.

Damn thing better still be under warranty, 6 months of having the tranny and only having 3 or 4 thousand miles on it. I'm just going to haul it over to Vancouver to have the ATS certified dealer work on it. It has a billet IS so if that broke, I'd say they have a faulty product. Thanks for your help though. If anyone else has any ideas, give me a shout out because I plan to get ATS on the line first thing Monday morning.

I have no idea. Hope it's simple because I got it installed at the local dodge dealership and they weren't a "certified installer" so I have to pay for labor
