vp 44

I was thinking about rebuilding my vp 44 and having a local shop set the flows. Would I be better off having someone else do it?

i have allways been told that vp44s have to be ran on a test stand that is capable of programing the electronic part, i know that all of the small local shops around here do not have the equipment to do so
