i got a 98.5 24v cummins and since the cold started, i have problems where i go to start my truck after being plugged in for about 8 hrs. it starts up fine but after letting it run after 5 mins., it's has an issue where it won't rev up passed about 1250-1500rpms. anyone else have this problem. might i add i didn't have this problem this summer when i got it.

i had the same problem, changed the fuel filter no more problem.

 

Same here. My one friend had the same problem and he changed the fuel filter and oil but i dont think the oil was the problem .
