Got my airdog installed. It just connects up to the existing fuel pump connection so it was really simple. It could be a problem with your injector tubes as you would have no leaks but fuel would still run out into the return line. I notice on mine that the pump doesn't run long (maybe a second) with the key turned on. You have to crank it for it to work. I don't know what it would tell you, but maybe wire it to an acc fuse like they do in the 03-07s and let it run 30sec before you start the truck. Good luck!

That is what I was talking about by running the airdog to an accessory fuse instead of the stock fuel pump connection. My 99 only runs for a second before the truck starts and the pressure on my gage does not move. Try hooking it up to an accessory fuse. My pressure gage always says 0 when i go to start the truck so it must depressurize.
