you might have the wrong Airdog model, IIRC the 24 valve motors require HALF that pressure where the 12 valve motors require 30+ psi....

If it is adjustable I would set it at 18-19 at idle and it should not drop below 10 at WOT

you need to turn that down quick. that much presure will damage a vp just as bad or worse than running it low. it needs to max at 20 and go no lower than 10-12. if its not adjustable it has a bleed off spring that is under the return line that needs to be changed to a lower set spring.

23-24 at idle, 21-22 cruising, and never drops below 18.

Well the sensor that comes with the edge is not plugged in. So it must be getting that 33psi from the ECM deusch connection????. I ordered that 1/2 tee from Vulcan performance to splice into the line for an accurate reading. Anyone else running this. I ran into this problem running the AD 150 you rplace the pump banjo which you cant run the sensor I put the sensor on the AD150 but the edge wire harness wont reach, so i bought the tee.

The ECM has no sensor for fuel pressure. The Edge must be displaying the calculated PSI of an open sensor.
