Just like Rawilliams says. Two wire plug on driver side of block, where the stock lift pump used to be. I went around my stock fuel filter. I actually pulled the stock fuel filter and lift pump off. As for the lines going to the tank, you need to leave the return line from the vp44. You'll have to trace it back. The feed line from the tank that went to the stock lift pump and filter can be plugged off.
When we did my Draw straw we drilled the 1 1/8" hole in the top of the ascending unit, almost in the center. then we drilled a few 3/8" holes in the bottom of it. If you don't the ascending unit cannot fill fast enough to supply the pump. If you don't do it in the ascending unit you will most likely end up with a leak like i did the first time i did it, or quarter tank problems. I have had mine redone for a few weeks now and it works great with no quarter tank issues.
