You would have to change everything. I know they make 24 volt VP44's, we use them on Deere excavators. I imagine you could find a 24 volt ECM, PCM might be a different story. Then, everything from light bulbs, to cd player need to be swapped with 24 volt parts. If you have power seats, you would have to change the servos in there as well. The dash would fry, and I have no idea where you would get a 24 volt Dodge dash. I think at the best, you could have a 12/24 volt system. 24 volt starter, maybe lights, but not too much more. A 24 volt alternator would have to adapted as well.

i like the idea of a 24 volt starter cold cranking less batery stress. i have worked on a few older military trucks with 24 volt systems for the starter alternator they had a 12 volt converter for the rest of the truck they worked good for jumping cold equipment some were old gas 360's and old 6.5 chevys.

if you are shure you want to do the best thing is to use 24 volt start and 12 volt electronics, like many big rigs but it incorperates solenoids. but i think you should just get bigger bateries on 12 volt.
