blowby or valve stem seals?

Default blowby or valve stem seals?
my truck has 190k on it and it burns oil out the timing cover breather tube bad enough to watch it haze. i think it might be blowby but ive heard it could be valve stem seals?

most likely it is worn piston rings allowing blow by.........thats not maqny miles though

thats what i thought cause if it was valve stem seals then it would just burn oil and not haze out of the puke tube right?

Sounds like piston rings to me or a hole in a piston maybe

where could i get a kit to do a rebuild like pistons rings and a full gasket set?
