The only possibility I can think of is the motor itself. They are very easy to change.

it could be the motor, but more often its "turbo noise" coming back through the heater core. sounds weird but its a real problem on these trucks. ive seen it on many trucks that people though it was the blower motor. the inlet for hot water is right over one of the exhaust ports and the noise bounces back through the line. dodge came out with a correction kit for the problem a few years back. but a simple fix is to move the inlet line closer to the front of the head. hope that helps.

Right hand side, and the motor drops out the bottom of the HVAC box. I believe there are 3, possibly 4, philips head screws holding it in. There is also a 2 wire connector that needs to be removed.
I have never had any luck lubricating blower motors. Seems most require the squirrel cage (fan) to be removed and they usually break before you can get them off. Even if you can, the lube only lasts so long and weekly applications would be required. The bushings are the main culprit, they wear on one side mostly due to the force of the air. The most reliable solution is a new blower motor.

the motor is on the passenger side at the back of the floor next to the fire wall. its 3 philips screws. and a motor is only about 60 bucks from idiotzone. and has a warranty for a short time. and i didnt have a problem getting the squirrel cage of just soak it with wd40 or something and be pateint pulling it off. the motor can be a pain to get to the back screw theres not a lot of room to work with a good stubby screw driver or flex extension will make life much easier.
