After cleaning everything up from my blown head gasket I found that my rocker arms and the pivot pins are scored. It looks like its been that way for a while. I'm not sure what to do... my budget is pretty much blown from all the extra work and parts. Anyone know if its a 911 emergency or if I can drive on them until summer?

Ther best way to describe it is there are gouges in the rocker arm and the pivot where they are rubing each other. I would need them ALL because every one of them is gouged. I just don't know how normal it is. 177k miles..... Too bad roller rockers are well over a grand!!!

Yes that's what I'm talking about.

 

So the chrome is scored? Mine was as well, I just used a file smoothed it up them polished.
