Default Turbo oil drain tube gasket?

Can anyone tell me if there is suppose to be a gasket for the turbo oil drain tube (the tube that bolts to the bottom of the turbo with the two 10mm bolts). I'm leaking a little oil from the area and recently had the turbo off and there was not a gasket unless it fell off when I took the turbo out??

Yes, there should be a gasket there.

I could not find one locally when I needed one, so I used a piece of non-corrugated cardboard from a oil filter box,
