Turning up the line pressure in the 47re trans?
Im running the stock 47re and TC in my 3/4 ton 4x4, and it works fine, no slip or anything with my edge EZ box and stock injectors, I really want to put 100 or 150hp injectors in it but I know thats getting right on my transmissions limit, or more the converters limit.
My question is, how can I turn the pressure up a little to get that tranny to last awhile. I know its not a long term fix and I'm going to have to get a built tranny for it sometime. Its just a matter of time before it goes.
I dont know alot about the internals of these 47re's, I can build a Powerglide to take 2000hp, but I wouldnt know where to start on one of these fancy electronic things.
This truck never tows anything heavy, its just my driver.

just unscrew it a couple turns and then test your pressure
shoot for 60-65 and 110ish......more if your feeling brave
