ok i have a 1999 CTD and its basicly stock i have a EDGE (EZ) and it smokes alittle bit but i want ''just a lil more''! not a ton just so i can leave alittle bit of a bigger cloud when i start off at a greenlight or when i see a fellow ctd guy on the road! i dont really want 2 spend a whole lot of money like under 700$ if possible! thx 4 the help!

 

bigger injectors for around 500 and an intake for maybe 250 or so should give you a little more.

 

I dont like preaching but the fact is, leaving a bigger cloud at a green light is exactly why diesels are now getting smogged. Too many guys draw way too much attention to themselves and it really hurts us all.

Is black smoke really worth $700 to you?

 

first off what fuel system u running if ur still stock ur going to want to upgrade to a fass or airdog b4 u stack big chips or injectors and if you've got an auto you might throw some money aside for it in the future.

ok please dont post stuff just 4 fun. i just asked a question so please dont tell me that im going to give all the diesel guys in the world a bad name. the guys that give trucks a bad name are the guys rolling coal 24/7! and its my money so if i want 2 spend it on fuel and parts than let me ok!!
