Default 01 2500 Tranny issue?

Alright guys I need your help, OK something is acting a little strange, I dont like to gun it, i ease in to speed, so im crusing every gear is shifting perfect but for some reason i get almost to 50MPH when its about to shift into last gear it lags makes a noise like WAH WAH WAH WAH and the RPM's jump around untill it shifts , it will lag and finally at 55MPH it will shift, it wont shift smooth easing into the gear you have to get on it at about 45MPH and then its perfect but i cant ease into it, it sucks especially when people slow down and you have to it will lag back down into gear only in last gear though no other gears do this. I hate punching it, but i have to to make it shift right, well at least give it some gas, but what is happening its extremely annoying!

It's the nutorious t/c locking and unlocking mine was doing for a long time really annoying. What I did was clean all my grounds and battery post tightened all connections. Then I moved the black wire with stripe going to the alternator and it quit so all I did was zip tie the wire to my intake elbo going to the turbo and it hasn't done it since. Good luck these. Trannys are known for t/c lockup issuses

no dont cut it leave it attached there should be enough there to reach the elbow. if you cut it your alternator might not charge. you can also try covering the wire with aluminum foil and electrical tape several times. What it is, is noise interference in that wire causing the lock up issues. before i zip tied mine it would fall down and the issues would come back. I will try to get you pics tomorrow of what i done. it might be late when i get them up but i will get them for you.
