Is there any way to make my stock HX 35 cummins turbo louder?? I have taken out the ring in the turbo and i have a stage 2 AFE intake? I want it to sound like A 747 on the outside... and I know get a bigger turbo= ... oh and how can i get more boost i only push like 17lbs i know these HX 35's can handle up to 40lbs i want like 28 haha

 

get a boost elbow, mine pushes around 30 all day but its still not too loud.

 

Thats as loud as its gonna get.

On a HX35 simply kink off the hose to the wastegate actuator. I have a set screw in mine, with zip-ties above and belove it to ensure it doesn't move anywhere. Makes 36 PSI.

 

wow! wouldent it throw a overboost code? oh back to this turbo whistle whats the difference between the AFE filter and amsoil air filter would the amsoil suck more air since its a nano fiber??

 

It will throw a code if you don't have a chip or boost fooler.

 

2'' exhaust would make it really whistle..
