just got a code on my truck p1389 is says no asd relay voltage at pcm any ideas thanks aaron

also it lacks power and has a rough idle

 

The ASD relay shuts down the engine in case of a roll over.

Check your relays in the PDC(engine compartment). Check for any fuses that are blown.

 

yea i switched the relay out with another one and it still the same.

one guy told me it could possibly be the pcm cause when i first crank it it takes a min for voltage gauge to come up and my oil preessur gauge quit workin then sometimes will work any ideas thanks

 

The voltage regulator my have went south.The voltage regulator is in the PCM but you do not have to buy a new PCM.

 

so where do I get one and how do I change it? Thanks Aaron
