What VP-44 pump and why. I am looking for maxuim performance and also reliability.

Industrial Injection VP44 or Industrial Injection HodRod VP44. Industrial Injection is known for there pumps reliablilty. I had sold several of their pumps and haven't hear one bad thing about them.
