Default not running well

i hv a 00 cummins with 230k on it. it has edge comp drag box, boost fooler, raptor 150 lift pump, cold air intake, 5in turbo back. ok about a week and a 1/2 ago my truck started to run funny. it would skip when u really got on it. it was acting like it was starving for fuel, so i changed my fuel filter. my lift pump was running at 15psi and would drop to like 12 or so. so i turned the psi up to about to 18 thinking that was the prob. then i got reading and ppl said map sensor. so i went and got a new one along with a IAT sens but they gave me a wrong sensor. after putting the map sens in it still ran like ****. so i looked over everything wit my edge and nothing was wron no broken wires ect. but in the past few days it stopped skipping when getting on it but when i do get on it, it dose not have the power it did. befor i was pushing 35 or so psi and now i can hardly make 25. im wondering if its my edge or the IAT sens. so thoughts would be nice.

Any codes stored in the ECU? have you tried resetting your APPS? Just trying to throw ideas out there.

i believe you turn the ignition on but dont start the truck...then slowly push the accelerator down and then let it back out slowly. that is the way i was told to do it anyway
