Tranny has No Passing Gear
My 2001 Dodge Cummins automatic is having shifting issues and doesnt seem to have a passing gear.
I have to let up off of the throdle for the tranny to shift and if your going down the road and punch it it will not down shift or shift to passing gear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

Have you tried adjusting the TV cable that goes to the transmission from the Throttle Position Sensor?
As per the Dodge service manual and most aftermarket tranny companies, The throttle valve cable should have no slack in it when the Throttle is in the idle position. Not to say that it is tight, but it shouldn't have any slack. You can adjust it by releasing the clip on the cable at the back of the TPS bracket and sliding the cable in or out.
How about resetting your apps?

You might also try readjusting your TPS voltage.
