I,m bettin it's the track bar or the steering box, as far as tire balance causing problems only at low speeds that is incorrect often tire balance shake is worst at 65-70 mph

If you're worried about tire balancing consider trying Centramatics. I've been running a set on the 1st Gen for about a year and now that thing just gets smoother and smoother the faster you go.

A little update. Got the truck aligned, IT WAS WAY OUT!!!!!! Went back to the third gen wheels I had before and new 35x12.50 BFG KM2s and everything smoothed back out. Drove about 700 miles this weekend without a single issue. Everything from 80mph + interstate speeds to a little four wheelin in TN and everything's fine. So thanks to everybody for their advice, but I think it's cured.

I went through the same issues Turned out the bolts holding my steering box to the frame were loose!!! If yours are loose pull them out and put some loctite on them.

i just fixed my death wobble on my 95 i replaced the track arm upper and lower tie rods and the steering stabilizer now it drives like a charm one way to tell if its your tie rods is just look at them mine were bent and on the verge of breaking in half. you can tell if it is them just get some1 to get inside and turn the wheel and get in front of the truck and look up under at the tie rods and you will be able to tell if they are flexing like they shouldn't be or not

nope my cause was my drag links were flexing everytime i turned and were about to snap in half. and my track arm was bent. i replaced my passenger side ball joint last year. i got about 4500 miles left on my driver side before i need to replace it
